TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Membership & Payment Structure

  • All memberships at The Conc3pt operate on a 28-day billing cycle.

  • Payment is taken automatically every 28 days via your chosen payment method upon sign-up.

  • This is not a fixed-term membership; it is a rolling monthly contract that continues every 28 days until terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Attendance

  • All small group personal training sessions must be booked in advance through our designated booking system.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Members are responsible for managing their own session bookings and cancellations.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • A 12-hour cancellation window applies to all group sessions.

  • If you are unable to attend a session, you must cancel via the booking system at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Failure to cancel within this window will result in the session being deducted from your allowance or subject to a late cancellation fee where applicable.

4. Contract Termination & Notice Period

  • As this is a rolling 28-day contract, you are free to cancel at any time by providing 28 days’ written notice via email to our management team, info@theconc3pt.co.uk.

  • Notice must be given prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions within your current billing cycle.

5. Health & Safety

  • By participating in sessions at The Conc3pt, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in physical activity and have disclosed any relevant health conditions to your coach.

  • It is your responsibility to work within your personal limits and follow the guidance of our coaches at all times.

6. Amendments

  • The Conc3pt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email.
