    Step into our structured weightlifting class designed to help you build full-body functional strength and refine your technique. You’ll improve compound movement patterns and develop confidence moving weight.

    Build strength with purpose. This session focuses on the foundations of effective lifting — from squats and deadlifts to presses and Olympic lifts. Each movement is broken down to help you lift with better technique, more confidence, and real progress you can track.

    This high-energy conditioning session is built to test and expand your aerobic engine. Using the SkiErg, BikeErg, and rowing machines, you’ll cycle through functional drills and light-to-moderate loads at sustained, challenging intensities. Capacity pushes your physical limits, sharpens mental grit, and builds the kind of resilience that carries over into everything you do — in and out of the gym.

    Threshold is a high-level conditioning session. It challenges you to operate at the edge of your sustainable pace, pushing your limits with longer intervals, mixed modalities, and structured intensity. It’s a masterclass in control, effort, and endurance — built for those who know their limits and want to break through them.
