  • No, SGPT is not a generic group class. Every workout is individually programmed for you, with expert coaches providing real-time feedback and guidance throughout the session

  • Yes! With a small group size, our coaches are able to give each client plenty of attention, form corrections, and personalised advice, just like in a one-on-one session.

  • Our trainers will work with you to modify exercises as needed. Your safety and progress are top priorities, and we will always adjust based on your unique needs.

  • Yes! Many clients enjoy training with people they know. If you and a friend or partner want to join together, we can coordinate your sessions.
