Expect longer intervals, mixed modalities, and structured work that demands both physical resilience and mental discipline.

  • Enjoy our structured weight lifting class dedicated to session build and refine your technique, improve movement patterns, and build confidence under the bar. This class focuses on the fundamentals of strength training, from squats and deadlifts to presses and Olympic lifts, breaking down each lift to its essential components.
